Master reported the vessel had vibration during operations, a diver was scheduled, attended, and found approximately 8" bent blade tip and dings on the remaining blades and hub on the port propeller. Along with a 10' piece of line. Carry out an damage survey on the hull and replace any damaged components to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard. Including a satisfactory steering verification prior to the carriage of passengers or cargo.

Master reported the crew discovered a ruptured fuel oil line on the port main engine while operating with passengers, in route from Swan Quarter to Ocracoke. Determine the cause and complete proper repairs to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard, prior to carriage of passengers or vehicles.

Replace doubler on Stbd Main Exhaust.

Remove and replace both Port and Stbd Rudder Bearing.

Pressure wash Center Line Vertical Keel outboard both Port and Stbd.

Make permanent repairs to ventilation system to the Bow Thruster comaprtment for both Forward and Aft ventilation trunks.

Mechanically clean, UT and repair all identified areas from ISE completed.
