MI identified multiple broken cable runs brackets to the following high level alarms: 1/P, 1/S, and 2/P. Operator is to meet the requirements of 46CFR111.60-5(a)(1) and repair to the satisfaction of MI.

During each inspection or re-inspection for certification, all wing voids, rakes, cofferdams, and other void spaces on tank barges must be opened and checked from on-deck for the presence of water or cargo indicating hull damage or cargo tank leakage. MI observed water in the forward rake. During hose testing on July 13th, O/O shall have removed liquid from forward rake or prior to next credit drydock.
