The purpose of this regulation is to contain a fire in the space of origin. Power supply and attached fuse for the synchroconverter failed and breaker could not be reset leaving only 50% power available to starboard shaft.

Provide proper launching arrangement for the life rafts port aft (3) units and the stbd (2) units. Arrangement shall match the posted procedures.

Demonstrate proper operation of the rescue boat launching arrangement.
