If a component is found unsatisfactory, it must be repaired or replaced. Vessel experienced loss of propulsion on both engines and ability to steer resulting from barge rigging getting caught in props. Vessel restricted from operations until satisfactory proof of cleared steering/propulsion equipment and operation of all machinery is provided to satisfaction of CG Marine Inspector. 46 CFR 143.245(a)
