Each lifeboat launching mechanism must be arranged so it may be actuated from a position within the survival craft. The line of the remote controls on the lifeboat parted while testing it during CG inspection.

Two spare charges shall be provided for each required SCBA or one spare if vessel is equipped with suitable means for fully recharging the air cylinders. Vessel relies on air compressor to comply with this requirement. Vessel is awaiting parts to fix air compressor.
