When minor alterations or minor repairs of tank vessels become necessary such work shall be under the direction of the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspector, and shall be in accordance with the regulations in effect at the time the vessel was contracted for or built, or in accordance with the regulations in effect for new construction insofar as possible. It was reported to the USCG Marine Inspector that the barge has a six inch hole ten feet above the water line. Provide transit plan to TT104 for repairs prior to moving from current location (on or around MM87). Repairs shall be to the satisfaction of the attending USCG Marine Inspector. 46 CFR 30.01-10

Provide repair proposal to MSU Baton Rouge for repairs to #3S Wing Void (prior to loading cargo). 46 CFR 31.10-25.
