A vessel must comply with the applicable requirements for any radio and Electronic Position Indicating Radiobeacon (EPIRB) installations, including the requirements for a station license and installation certificates to be issued by the Federal Communications Commission, as set forth in 47 CFR part 80. Vessel does not have a valid FCC safety radiotelephony certificate. Vessel is restricted to operating within 1000 feet from shore.

Non-combustible paneling between engine and accomodation spaces is worn and needs to be repaired or replaced in multiple areas.
