Subdivision of cargo spaces shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of ABS Standards. Upon conducting a round, the tankerman noticed a small pinhole leak in the cargo piping. Affect permanent repairs to include discharging cargo, cleaning tanks, and gas freeing. Repairs shall be made to the satisfaction of USCG Marine Inspector.
