If a component is found unsatisfactory, it must be repaired or replaced. While preparing to depart the Kirby Fleeting in the Corpus Christi Inner Harbor the vessel experienced a loss of steering. The vessel is to trouble shoot and submit a repair proposal to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector. The vessel may move from the fleeting area to Bludworth shipyard to determine the cause for the loss of steering.
