Each lifebuoy on a towing vessel must be marked in block capital letters with the name of the vessel. The name of the vessel was peeling off of the lifebuoy. Correct by a more permanent means.

Each towing vessel must have a bilge alarm that has an audible and visible signal at the operating station. When tested the bilge alarm did not alarm at the operating station. Repair so alarm has both audible and visual signal.
