All seals and gaskets must be properly maintained to prevent leaks of flammable or combustible liquid, as those terms are defined in 46 CFR subpart 30.10, into the machinery space. The starboard main engine has a significant leak at high-pressure fuel oil line where the line connects to the high-pressure fuel oil pump. Repair the fuel leak to the satisfaction of an attending marine inspector.

The port main engine fuel oil return line is leaking, located at the forward machinery space bulkhead lower most 90 degree fitting. Repair the fuel leak to the satisfaction of an attending marine inspector.
