Four feeder lines for the vessel's CO2 system serving the cargo holds were found to be fractured.

The conditions of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all aspects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. The vessel's cooling water pump caught on fire and was damaged. Replace/repair damaged pump and determine the cause of the casualty to prevent its recurrence to the satisfaction of RO and Coast Guard. Vessel shall have two assist tugs while maneuvering in port until item is rectified.
