No extensive repairs shall be made without notification of the local OCMI. The barge sustained extensive damage to the bow,deck plating, vapor line, and internal framing related. Repair proposals shall be submitted and permanent repairs shall be made to the satisfaction of the attending USCG Marine Inspector. Barge is permitted to transit to LMR MM 183 to TT Shipyard for gas freeing and permanent repairs. 46 CFR 31.10-25

Resolution: Conducted satisfactory repairs and air tested at 1.5psi to the satisfaction of the CG MI.
