Issued 14 February 2025 Resolved
No extensive repairs to the hull shall be made without notification of the local OCMI. The barge sustained damage to the starboard bow corner, starboard #3 wing tank side plating, deck plating, and internal framing related and must undergo permanent repairs. Submit repair proposal and make all repairs to the satisfaction of the attending USCG Marine Inspector. Barge is permitted to transit to LMR MM 88 PBF Refinery to offload current cargo. No additional cargo is permitted to be on-loaded following current cargo offload. The barge is then permitted to transit to LMR MM 237 to undergo permanent repairs. 46 CFR 31.10-25
