The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. A recreational or
unclassed hull in the same activity is held and not published, so it does not appear

Hull structure shall comply with the applicable standards of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized class society. Vessel sustained damage consisting multiple insets and a 4'x3" fracture in the starboard stern 6' above the waterline. Vessel is authorized transit with no cargo to New Orleans, LA for repairs. Repairs must be to satisfaction of attending USCG Marine Inspector prior to any cargo operations.

Make permanent repairs to affected cargo tank with no less than an 18" X 18" insert covering at a minimum of one frame and repair cargo tank floor tabs as designed to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector prior to loading cargo.
