Vessel rep informed MI of the inability to test the thermal fluid heater due to the current cargo of CRUDE OIL. This barge will be unable to run the thermal fluid heater until it is inspected to the satisfaction of the United States Coast Guard.
Failure to comply with the CG835V will be in violation of 46CFR30.01-10 and may result in penalties.
