THE PURPOSE OF THIS REGULATION IS TO PREVENT THE IGNITION OF COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS OR FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS. FOR THIS PURPOSE, THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT SHALL BE MET, MEANS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO CONTROL LEAKS OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS. THE FUEL FILTERS ON THE #2 AND #3 GENERATORS WERE LEAKING, OIL SOAKED LAGGING WAS FOUND AT THE #2 AND #4 CYLINDER ON THE MAIN ENGINE.
