Propulsion machinery, including main engines, reductions gears, shafting, bearings, and electrical equipment and systems, must be maintained to ensure proper operation. Vessel experienced a loss of propulsion during transit due to Port Side Engine Failure. Vessel is required to troubleshoot mechanical failure and make applicable repairs with a successful power trail before the carriage of passengers/cargo.
