A towing vessel must be maintained and operated so the watertight integrity and stability of the vessel are not compromised. ITV JANIS ELIZABETH is not authorized to transit until an approved damage survey is received by the USCG Marine Inspector.
Action required: 60 - Rectify deficiencies prior to movement

Resolution: DLS Marine provided damage survey stating "no damages were sighted at time of survey." No further action required.
