Port main engine propulsion shaft cracked within the shaft tube. Unable to operate port main engine.
Renew port main engine propulsion shaft, in kind.
Vessel is authorized to proceed lightship to repair facility. The TPO shall notify the next applicable OCMI zone if vessel intends to depart Sector Lower Mississippi River.
In accordance with CG-CVC Policy Letter 17-10; repairs shall be completed to the satisfaction of the TPO (Sabine Surveyors) and may be cleared by the TPO prior to departure.

ITV LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP is authorized to transit from MM 1.5 on the Algiers Canal to Bollinger Quick Repair on the [name withheld]. Repairs to be completed to the satisfaction of the Third Party Organization (ABS) prior to departing Bollinger Quick Repair.
