Every line above is a count of records the US Coast Guard wrote, or a date it recorded.
A blank resolution means none was recorded in this data; it does not establish that a
deficiency is outstanding. Years with a record are calendar years in which a record
exists, not years in service. What Maury does
not do.

Vessel history report
Every record for this hull, in one document — $299
Every recorded inspection, 1972 to
2026, in one chronology · every deficiency, with system, dates
and resolution · operational controls imposed and removed · every name this
hull has been recorded under · the vessels it was inspected alongside, and when
· how its record compares with hulls of similar age and size, as a fact about the
population and never a judgement about this vessel.

The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. Only barges and towing
vessels are in this archive, so any other vessel type in the same activity does not
appear here: these lists are a floor, not a complete manifest.
The ship must have an IMO Certificate of Fitness issued under § 153.12 that is endorsed to allow the cargo tank to carry the cargo if it is a United States non-self-propelled ship in the waters of another Administration signatory to MARPOL 73/78 and the cargo is a Category A, B, or C NLS. The vessels CoF expired on 14Apr26. Vessel must complete a CoF renewal prior to the carriage of NLS cargoes internationally.

Vessel is required to install and operate a ballast water management system (BWMS) that has been approved under 46 CR part 162, installed in accordance with 33 CFR 151.2035(b), properly maintained in accordance with all manufacturer specifications, and meet the applicable ballast water discharge standard found in 33 CFR 151.2030 at all times of discharge into the waters of the United States.
Vessels BWMS is not preforming as required by type approval certificate (162.060/2/3) with the following alarm: W154 UVR(1): UV intensity USCG low system flow maintained at 50%, Process not compliant. Excessive back pressure is causing ballast pump shaft seals to leak. Prove proper operation of system as required or submit a corrective action plan to the OCMI working with OEM and USCG Marine Safety Center.
