M.I. team attended vessel on 21FEB2025 for COI inspection and found the following items to be deemed "not inspection ready":
- Bolt attaching guard to rotating machinery on port generator is loose
- Air intakes for generators and MDE's need cleaning/ replacement.
- Cotter pins for steering gear were missing
- Steering pump #1 inoperable
- Port generator not functioning properly. Lube oil pressure alarm continuously came online.
- Weak link to buoyant apparatus not connected.
- Sight glass for diesel fuel in fwd hold need a guard/ protective covering.

Additionally, no person may intentionally drain oil into the bilge of a towing vessel. Upon inspection, the MI observed approximately 12" of waste oil in the vessels forward void bilge. The MI also observed between 12"-16" of waste oil in the engine room bilge. Vessel shall remove oil prior to departure from shipyard.
