Objective evidence attesting to root cause & satisfactory repairs must be submitted to local OCMI within 72-hours after repairs.

Vessel's port generator experienced loss of power and crew is not able to get it back on line. TPO must submit a report to the cognizant OCMI within 72 hours of clearing the deficiencies.
