Teams unfamiliar w/signal and firesuits.

Proper checklist exist and were filled out correctly, but based on condition of firefighting appliances, the inspections conducted are questionable. Items listed in good condition were in disrepair. 1) 6-65MM and 2-45MM hoses tested found leaking or non-functional. 2) All gloves for both fire suits had reflective material failure. 1 set had tears exposing fingers.
