The machinery, boilers and other pressure vessels, associated piping systems and fittings shall be of a design and construction adequate for service for which they are intended. SPS received notification of a loss of propulsion due to a fuel supply issue. Vessel's fuel lines are having a vapor lock issue that needs to be manually maintained by bleeding off the lines. Vessel to provide documentation attesting to rectification and proper operation prior to departure.
