Vessel was only equipped with 6 orange signals. Vessel is limited to short 30min runs iaw 46 CFR 180.68(d) until equipped required distress signals.

For equivalent kits, the contents must be stowed in a suitable, watertight container that is marked “First-Aid Kit”. A first-aid kit must be easily visible and readily available to the crew. First-Aid Kit on board vessel had expired items. Vessel has 7 days to rectify deficiency.
