Resolved
Scantlings, material, workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces and testing of tanks shall be at least equivelant to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society. Vessel experienced complete flooding of the forepeak. Vessel is to affect temporary repairs prior to movement. Vessel is permitted one time transit to Brazos dock 6 Freeport, TX to complete lightering of cargo to the SHAMROCK 502. Following the lightering operation, an assessment will be made prior to issuing transit authority to Houston for repairs. At all times during the transits, the forepeak and adjacent voids shall be monitored for ingress of water.
