Vessel has an open segregated section of the bilge with capabilities to automatically discharge any water coming in from the shaft. Open segregation of the machinery space bilge via cofferdam does not meet either of these requirements or count as an equivalent arrangement preventing the discharge of oily mixtures from the engine room bilge.
