Vessel is to proceed light boat in accordance with transit plan, and at Master's discretion, to National Maintenance Shipyard in Hartford, IL to make permanent repairs. **This deficiency must be cleared to the satisfaction of a Coast Guard marine inspector prior to returning to service. In lieu of Coast Guard attendance, the company may use their Third Party Organization, ABS, to accept / approve the repairs and provide a report to the Coast Guard inspector listed below.***
