The following must be provided: main engine low lubricating oil pressure. While testing the vessel's Port Engine Murphy switch, the low lubricating oil pressure alarm did not sound. Provide proof to a Marine Inspector of the proper operation of the low lubricating oil pressure alarm when testing the Murphy switch.

The stern near the port quarter had an 18” wide sharp inset with multiple pinhole sized openings into the steering compartment, which compromises the watertight integrity of the vessel. Conduct temporary repairs to maintain watertight integrity to the steering compartment prior to departure & towing operations, then conduct permanent repairs to the satisfaction of the local OCMI within 30 days.
