All machinery shall be of a design and adequate construction for the service for which they are intended and shall be so installed and protected to reduce any danger to persons on board with due regard to moving parts, hot fuel surfaces, and other hazards. Emergency generator was found with fuel leaks and fuel spraying from the high pressure fuel lines.
