Vessel fixed gas detection system is not functioning. Vessel not permitted to load cargoes until repairs made to satisfaction of attending technician. Vessels fixed gas detection system stopped functioning properly shortly after vessel set sail for U.S.. Vessel had send request for technician prior to arrival in US but has no confirmed date for service as of this date.
