Raw water pump for air conditioning heat exchanger was leaking excessively resulting in approximately 3" of water in the starboard engine room bilge. Valve to sea suction had to be secured to stop the leak. Vessel cannot operate with sea suction to heat exchanger pump open until pump is repaired and leak is eliminated.
