The material, design, construction, workmanship, and arrangement of main propulsion machinery and of each auxiliary, directly connected to the engine and supplied as such, must be at least equivalent to the standards established by the ABS Steel Vessel Rules.
While transiting ICW vessel experienced vibrations. Upon third party diver inspection, damage to both propellers was identified.
Vessel is authorized one time transit only to Bollinger Quick Repair in Harvey, LA per the transit plan submitted on 5May2021. Conduct appropriate permanent repairs and operational testing to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
