Vessel is authorized to proceed to St. Ignace, MI under reduced propulsion utilizing the port engine without any passengers on board. Vessel shall have a second company vessel along side available and equipped to assist in towing evolution if required. Vessel shall conduct repairs and provide inspection/testing to the satisfaction of the local OCMI prior to departure from St. Ignace, MI. Vessel shall keep local OCMI informed of any changes in propulsion capabilities during transit.
