A vessel must be operated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and in such a manner as to afford adequate precautions against hazards that might endanger the vessel and the person being transported. Vessel is authorized to proceed to St. Ignace, MI under reduced propulsion utilizing the port engine without any passengers on board. Vessel shall have a second company vessel along side available and equipped to assist in towing evolution if required. Vessel shall conduct repairs and provide inspection/testing to the satisfaction of the local OCMI prior to departure from St. Ignace, MI. Vessel shall keep local OCMI informed of any changes in propulsion capabilities during transit.
