On a vessel without overnight accomodations the fire pump must be capable of delivering a single hose stream from the highest hydrant, through the hose and nozzle requird by 118.320 of this part, at a pitot tube pressure of 50 psi. Vessel fire pump was unable to reach 50 psi.
