The vessel is permitted temporary manning allowance and deviate from the manning requirements set forth in the Certificate of Inspection (COI) reducing the manning to: * 01 Master * 01 Deckhand Conditions of Deviation: * Vessel passenger count is reduced to 90 * The upper deck must remain secured at all times. * No passengers are permitted on the second deck under any circumstances during operations, unless an emergency situation dictates. This manning reduction is authorized under the condition that the vessel operates within the limitations specified above. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the revocation of this authorization. This CG-835V is valid until July 1st, 2026.
