Repair override function within 3 days (by end of day 12SEPT25).

The shaft became uncoupled from the transmission coupling allowing the shaft to slide back. Propeller and rudder must be inspected for damage/line and the shaft coupling shall be repaired. These repairs must be made to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard prior to carrying passengers.
