Every line above is a field of the National Vessel Documentation Center's file as served by NOAA Fisheries, dated 10 August 2026, matched to this hull on its Official Number. Registered and ITC measurements are two systems and are never combined. One snapshot is held so far; documentation history begins with the next.

The full record for this vessel
Behind this panel: 45 inspections, each with its date, unit and type; 10 deficiencies with the resolution recorded against each; operational controls, none recorded without a removal date; 14 other vessels inspected with it; 1 other recorded name; the documentation record: dimensions, tonnage, builder, hailing port and endorsements. Every line is a record the Coast

09 - Working and Living Conditions › 092 - Working Conditions › Electrical
Issued 18 September 2025
Resolved
Electrical connections must be suitably installed to prevent them from coming loose through vibration or accidental contact and electrical components that pose an electrical hazard must be in an enclosure. There are multiple connections made with wire nuts not in enclosed boxes below the helm and in the space below the pilothouse. Make proper connections with Butt connectors or similar crimp and ensure connections are enclosed. The wires under the helm also need to be properly supported out of the way of the electrical panel.
