All machinery and equipment must be installed and maintained in such a manner as to afford adequate protection from causing fire, explosion, machinery failure, and personnel injury. Engine coolant levels indicate engine cooling system is leaking. Prove proper operation of engine cooling system and provide technicians report regarding coolant leaks. - 46CFR182.100

Resolution: Owner provided technician's report from Inter-Bay Moorings (IBM) Marina and Shipyard. MIs contacted shipyard to ensure testing was done. IBM confirmed cooling system was pressure tested with no leaks discovered.
