Damage survey found one (01) inch priming valve on deep well leaking due to Teflon material in the valve being worn out. Company has made temporary repairs and is authorized to offload cargo. Prior to loading next cargo permanent repairs shall be performed on the entire priming system to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard marine inspector.

This report shall be reported to the CG marine inspector.
