Automatic sprinkler, fire detection and fire alarm systems…The pump and piping system shall be capable of maintaining the necessary pressure at the level of the highest sprinkler to ensure a continuous output of water sufficient for the simultaneous coverage of a minimum area of 280 m2 at the application rate specified in paragraph 3. When testing of the automatic sprinkler system PSCOs found only 3 pumps were operable. Pump 4 is currently under a condition of class.
