This includes in the following locations: #22 on Deck 1, red light above conning station on bridge, light in Cargo Storeroom lube oil 01-27-1, and all lighting in the escape trunk for cargo pump room on port side. Make repairs and prove proper operation to the satisfaction of the attending RO.

Ship has approximately 10,500 gallons of packaged combustible liquids (LO oil) which are not marked/labeled in accordance with IMDG code or 49 CFR Part 173/176 - Carriage of Hazardous Materials(Department of Transportation requirements).
Vessel shall verify LO storage space containing packaged combustible products to verify details of each commodity, UN numbers, SDS, stowage compatibility req., and flammability & toxicity determinations within the space. Additional items to verify - segregation requirements for various packaged goods and any fire protection/ventilation requirements for personnel protection.
Proposed stowage plan and packaged product information to be submitted to local OCMI and RO for review with acceptance of any risk mitigation plans.
