A minimum of two two-way portable radiotelephone apparatus for each fire party for fire-fighter's communication shall be carried on board and be explosion-proof or intrinsically safe. Radios provided for fire-fighter’s communication do not provide adequate voice comms between fire parties and bridge or DC central. 74 SOLAS (20) II-2/10.4

Each general emergency alarm signal must be an electronically-operated bell, klaxon, or other warning device capable of producing a signal or tone distinct from any other audible signal on the vessel. The following general alarms were rectified on 01APR2022: Galley, location no. 136, on forward house of aft truck tunnel, at aft truck tunnel starboard side flight deck and general alarm placard was replaced on aft truck tunnel port side bulkhead forward of flight deck with new. The following general alarms numbered 29, 82 and 161 still remain outstanding to be repaired and prove operation no later than 31MAY2022.
