At each initial and subsequent inspection for certification of a vessel, the owner or managing operator shall be prepared to conduct tests and have the vessel ready for inspections of the hull structure and its appurtenances, including all spars, standing rigging, running rigging, blocks, fittings, and sails. While underway for drills, the jib halyard aloft anchor point for the mast separated. The vessel is not to use the jib sail until approved repairs are made.

The words “FIRE BUCKET” must be stenciled in a contrasting color on each bucket. Two of the vessel's fire buckets are less than the required capacity.

The vessel is not to use the jib until repairs (to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector) are made or a new jib sail is installed.
