Provide a repair proposal with details of how the following areas found with wood will be repaired and addressed:
a. Crop a renew two ring frames located in the starboard side hull, close to midship found rotten due to water saturation.
b. Area of wood rot was found both port and starboard side hulls by mid-ship below waterline.
c. Fracture found in centerline transverse frame, directly below where the mast is located.
Once the hull plywood has been sanded, vessel owner shall notify USCG and request an attending USCG Marine Inspector to verify the condition of the wood, prior determine if the vessel shall conduct a credit for dry dock prior scheduled date in YR2025.

14404 - When operating a vessel on a body of water where the discharge of untreated sewage is prohibited by the Environmental Protection Agency under 40 CFR 140.3, the operator must secure each Type III device in a manner which prevents discharge of sewage. Acceptable methods of securing the device include— (1) Closing each valve leading to an overboard discharge and removing the handle; (2) Padlocking each valve leading to an overboard discharge in the closed position; or (3) Using a non-releasable wire-tie to hold each valve leading to an overboard discharge in the closed position.
Marine inspector discovered that vessel is equipped with a type III holding tank with a macerator pump installed on the discharge side. The sewage piping seacock was missing the handle, the master stated that the valve was in the open position and they controlled the discharge of sewage by activating the breaker and manually starting the macerator pump.

If the device has a discharge, the effluent shall not have a fecal coliform bacterial count of greater than 200 per 100 milliliters, nor suspended solids greater than 150 mg/1.
Marine inspector questioned master how they discharge sewage from their type III holding tank, the master stated that he activates the macerator pump and discharges sewage every trip. The vessel's route is confined to 3 NM from Fajardo, an area where untreated sewage discharge is prohibited.
