Pre-engineered fixed gas fire extinguishing systems must be installed in accordance with the manufactiurer's instructions. Captiol Duck, Lame Duck and Duck Soup did not have systems on board at time of inspection. New systems need to be examined and tested by attending marine inspector prior to operating with passengers.
