Vessel sustained major damage to bow rake bottom plate which included a 5 foot split in the bottom plate, and damage to the internal structural members. Vessel was issued a CG-835 to proceed to CAROTEX to be gas freed, and then proceed to Tubal Cain in Orange, TX for permanent repairs. Vessel is not allowed to take on cargoes prior to repair
