Bunks where installed shall have a minimum length of 72 inches and a minimum width of 24 inches and a minimum of 24 inches vertically between bunks. Additionally, all aisles alongside bunks shall be not less than 24 inches in width. As well as, ladders or steps shall be provided for each top bunk. Vessel currently has numerous bunks and sections of aisles in the passenger accommodation space that do not comply with this standard. Provide a written plan to the OCMI on how the vessel will achieve compliance with these required standards within 30 days (09NOV2019).
