(3) Upper main mast stbd shroud: shackle connection to chain plate has improperly sized pin and turnbuckle is bowed.
(4) Main sheet traveler end gussets corroded to about 50% of 1" original thickness.
IN ADDITION, DURING CURRENT ANNUAL INSPECTION, MAIN TOPMAST SHROUD CHAINPLATE ON P/S WAS OBSERVED TO BE DEPLETED FROM CORROSION, AND TWISTED/DEFORMED.
