Vessel's gas tanks are leaking fuel into it's compartment. Provide capable tanks of holding head psi of 5 psi. Prior to installation, tanks vented to the atmosphere must be hydrostatically tested to, and must withstand a pressure of 5 psi or 1 1/2 time the working pressure head to which they may be subjected in service. Prove tanks are satisfactory installed.

Due to gas tanks leaking fuel, propulsion test were not completed. Vessel needs to complete sea trails to ensure propulsion machinery is suitable and capable of operating t constant marine loads. Prove vessel's engines are capable for the vessel service and has two means of stopping.
